Alan McLaughlin: This place is amazing. I was very obviously a home cook and made a small purchase. The staff was very helpful and I felt like an important customer despite this. My final total was probably less than 1% of a commercial client but that had no impact on them treating me like a AAA client. One of the items I purchased had a small defect. They didn't have replacements in stock, but more on the way. When they received stock, I got a call right away telling me they reserved the most pristine piece for me. No hassle exchange. This will be my first stop for all my kitchen needs from now on.

If you do not see what you want in the store, be sure to ask for options that they provide options for willingly ordering. The staff is friendly and professional including the front desk people and the excellent furniture delivery team.Please forgive the long review, but There are just so many good things to say about Cottswood Interiors and we. Unfortunately, the recliners we ordered were very delayed, at no fault of Christoper or Cottswood. However, they worked with us and lent us a loveseat in the interim as we had sold our old furniture. We finally received everything and couldn't be happier with the furniture, service and white glove delivery.

He offered his name, Bob, and told us he would leave us to shop, if we needed anything to call on him. I can’t remember a time where I hadn’t been followed and somewhat harassed by the sales people at any furniture store. This was very refreshing! As we walked through the store it felt very homey and has a very diverse selection of beautiful pieces. We had gone in looking for a console table, BUT we happened upon a leather sectional….although we hadn’t been looking for one that day, this one was perfect for our space! Then around the next corner…a perfect teak coffee table. We called on Bob and within about 30min we were walking out, the happy new owners of two beautiful pieces of furniture. Prices are very reasonable for high quality pieces. Convenient delivery within 2days and the delivery guys took care in unwrapping, placing our pieces and cleaning up afterward. We would recommend shopping here as our experience was so pleasant from beginning to end….ask for Bob!

Toni Ross: is a little disappointing. the 1.8 or 1.9lb foam won't stand up, i know this now, i know that there are a few manufacturers the provide high density and natural latex up to 2.5 lbs and customizable everything else. I didn't realize the arm height would be so high on the sectional because i was only able to see one piece of it on the floor and that was the piece that had the lower arm on it. All in all it was a good experience with the store.

I was told to purchase a pilling machine off Amazon for 20$ and I was asked what we wore for clothing on the sofa. Extremely disappointed with the response, customer service and the sofa. A year later it is pilling and discoloured.I am so so happy to report David at reside has stood behind us and we have a new couch coming today. Thuan Yeung: We have slowly been updating our furniture as the kids are getting older. Our first project was a dining room table which after visiting many furniture stores, narrowed it down to two tables from two different places, one of which was Konto. Danielle Grange was the sales associate whom helped us at Konto. She is truly not your typical sales person in that she genuinely wants you to find the right piece for your home and was not pushy whatsoever. She allowed us time to browse without doing the "slow follow" behind us, which I find very annoying and is often done at other furniture stores. Ultimately, we ended up with another table but Danielle left a lasting impression that we returned for her assistance when we commenced part 2 of our project - sofas. We went in a couple of times before we made our final decision and again, she was super helpful, and not pushy. We arranged for delivery but unfortunately there was a small hiccup that resulted in a rescheduling. With our hectic schedule, I wasn't thrilled about this but Danielle quickly problem solved and our new sofas were delivered within a couple of days. It was honestly how she handled everything that had us return for a third visit a few months later to complete our renovation project.Overall, our experience with Konto and with Danielle in particular has been excellent and we would highly recommend coming here. Don't waste your time at The Brick, Leons, Ashley. We went and can confidently say that Konto's customer service from start to finish is unmatched.

The furniture quality has always kept us coming back but our recent interaction with the manager Paul has definitely solidified our opinion of konto to the point I wanted to leave a review.We ordered two chairs in a custom colour and the manufacturer had a delay way past our expected arrival. Paul managed to track down two chairs in similar colour and get a rush delivery to our house. He was very honest and easy to deal with which I appreciate.

Gabe Laz: Had a chair for eleven years that I bought from XL Furniture, and it recently had issues with some internal mechanisms.XL said no problem and picked it up, fixed it in two days, and delivered it back as good as new for no charge and it works better than it has in years... We purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner and got better service, a better price, and a much, much better guarantee than offered by the local La-Z-Boy warehouse.You really can't beat the service, and the bonus is they are local and family owned. It is family run which is rare and so nice to see. Due to Covid my chair would not arrive before my baby was born. XL furniture delivered me a loaner chair at no cost so I had a rocker in the nursery when my baby was born. They also kept me updated on my order throughout. 100 percent recommend. Awesome! You can’t find service like that anywhere else.
Shawn Spurko: I stop in every couple of years to buy "lifetime" furniture; the stuff I plan to keep forever and know will last. The staff at XL furniture are always very friendly, patient and helpful. Anything you buy comes with a warranty for as long as you own it. I did have to call to warranty a sectional and they fixed it up no problem. Looking forward to go back.
