Indian Fusion - The Curry House: what do users think?

R X: Another real one closed down...

Luciano Silva: Great little spot on Whyte. Highly recommend. The owners are super nice people. The coconut naan is the best thing ever. Will return for sure.

The Reformater: The food was great and the owners were very kind!

Catherine: I just read that the ownership has changed or something? The restaurant definitely does not have the same vibe it once did. I was worried, but the taste of the butter chicken is exactly the same and I enjoyed it very much. The portions seemed a bit smaller and I was disappointed that there was no tamarind chutney for the samosas. But otherwise, it was what I was craving! My favorite Indian place in Edmonton.

Yasmin Kapadia: Best foodGreat serviceTop notch ambienceYou are treated royallyBest in Edmonton and areaChef created wonderful cuisine ❤️❤️❤️Vegetarian options: Tasty vegetable cuisine are prepared upon requestKid-friendliness: Chef made special menu for kids. They loved food so much, they were able to finish their portion with smiley faceParking: So many meter parking and other options are not too fatyWheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair friendlyDietary restrictions: Best place for VEGAN eateryMeat options are too good

Asifa Krystofiak: Our first time eating the cuisine.. Chef Ali doesn't disappoint with his culinary skills! A touch of spice...a hint of exotic ...the menu is both exciting and enticing! People of the world.... eat here! This little resto on Whyte is a find! ❣Vegetarian options: A variety of vegetarian dishes are avaiable on the menu.Parking: Busy area but free parking around the block.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a wheelchair ramp.

Raffat Ramji: Went to an event at the Indian Fusion The Curry House. Amazing and very inviting ambience. Very friendly and good service. The food was delicious. The Honey glazed cauliflower is a must try, malai chicken and beef kababs were very moist and delicious and also the lamb biryani was also very good. And to end it with delicious kheer and house chai. Will be going back for more.

Ruhee (Rubies Bras): Excellent food and atmosphere. Incredible Renos. We celebrated a birthday and we’re able to rent out a section with a live band. Plenty of veggie and vegan options as well. Great times! Thank you!

They took care of all of our needs and helped us make the birthday entertaining. Everyone at the birthday party, complimented how good the food was! We had all vegetarian food. Their Paneer Lababdar dish is absolutely delicious to die for! The restaurant is very clean and can sit more than 100 people very easily! We had about 100 guests at the party but the food was freshly prepared! Their naans and butter rotis are the softest things ever!

Zagalo Djallo: You wanna eat west Africa and east India food this is the place plus if you wanna dance like I the old zanzibar Africa this is the place the weekend

Mike Mandziuk: Interior and exterior of this establishment is looking rough but the food was very good. There was a two sided menu, with African dishes on one side and Indian fare on the other. We had butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and coconut rice. Flavors were outstanding. I will return to try the African side next time.

Renee Schmitz: Amazing tasty food!Like many restaurants, Covid 19 restrictions have really affected the staffing, but the owners are so kind, resilient, hard-working and make delicious food! I highly recommend supporting this restaurant - it is well worth it!

Omar Sow: Recommended dishes

Yahya Fatty: This is one of the best restaurant I’ve been in Alberta the chef is humble and kind and the staffs too the food was super amazing and delicious

Moise K.Kashadi: Shout out to the Chef!! Seriously guys the food is amazing the fish, the aloko is well cooked one of the best restaurants in Edmonton HANDS DOWN!!!!

Seren Kaiser: We got some of the Indian dishes for take out - it was all delicious! Everything was made fresh and was reasonably priced.

ALIOU DIALLO: Very Good food

Minister Faust: , and Mumbai Dakar can go toe-to-toe with the best of their fare. Chef Solo produces superb dishes from a cuisine that will be a great discovery for most E-Towners. I especially recommend the tangy Chicken Yassa, the delicious peanutty Beef Maffeh, and the classic Senegalese Thieboudienne

Max Torque: Ate there for the 4th time this past week.Food is still amazing but restaurant is looking a bit rough now as they are struggling to keep the lights on post covid. The food is made fresh from scratch so it may take a while to be ready, so if you are the impatient type..order ahead for a great experience..its definitely worth the wait.Give them a try and help local small businesses stay open.

Rajat Sarvaria: Very delicious food.

Tien Le: Very pleasantly surprised! First time here with a party of 6. We were serviced promptly. The cleanliness was good. The food was delicious and authentic. I think my favorite dish was surprisingly the gobi manchuria, it was new and exciting.Only sad part is there seems to be only one waiter doing every job imaginable! He was very sweet, polite, and serviced to the best of his ability. But at some point it’s all too much for just one person. I hope he gets some help soon!

NOSH CAFE (INDIAN CUISINE ): what do users think?

Marvin Olivarez: biryani is good

Val Strom: Picked up my order, but had to wait since it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. Waited about 15 minutes. Host was friendly. Food was delicious and filling. I got 3 meals out of my dish.My son ordered hot spice but expected it to be hotter from an authentic Indian restaurant. I ordered mild spice and it was good. Had enough heat to slow down my consumption, but not too hot to handle.Would like to dine in next time. It has a nice ambience.

Amit Khatkar: Recommended dishes Greek Salad, Butter Chicken Wrap, Masala Dosa

Hanna Oh: The interior is nowhere near as nice as Remedy, but food wise... Nosh is the much tastier, less expensive version of Remedy. The tandoori chicken wrap is delicious, and I love the sweet sauce it comes with. The spices for their fish pakora are amazing, and the fish was lightly battered and very tender.

Anon.: , and not enough lemon/flavour to it and was quite boring.

Cory Jasper: I've been here many times. The food has always been fresh and absolutely fantastic. It's a buffet style which is very efficient. There is always a very amazing soup and at least 2 appetizers and 2 or 3 chutneys to go with appetizers. All sauces are vegan based. Full vegan buffet every Tuesday night. Also, desserts are also very awesome.

Eibu: Well what can I say. I passed by a couple times before and I was not mindful of the schedule...3rd time a charm. It was a pleasure to share time here today! Started by meeting a wonderful family who came to eat with members from Toronto and the Yukon! They are Indian with South African inspiration. I believe the lovely lady in rose gold I met was the manager and her hospitality was truly like home. She even offered me a metal utensil that I could return the next time I'm in the area. The pictures I have will do no true justice. Please if you have a love for great Indian cuisine from a beautiful family...look no further!Vegetarian options: Entire veggie menu options and I'm sure the kitchen staff will try their best to accommodateKid-friendliness: Yes!Parking: Street and parking lotWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: Yes - very accommodating staff and manager!

Maria Troughton: Love it here ! Especially Tuesday Vegan night ! Thank you 🙏

Tara Zieminek: The vegetarian buffet didn't have a large selection, but it was delicious and fresh. The fresh veggie salad was amazing! The butternut squash dish was also really good. Dessert was rice pudding.

dan good: I have a habit of overeating because I like the experience of taste and their food is unique and wonderful.Kid-friendliness: There seemed to be quite a few families with children but enough of a him they are not noticed.

dezzra: I love this place, my favourite indian restaurant in the city. The family that runs it is so friendly. It always smells amazing inside the restaurant. My favourite dishes are the chicken tika masala, and the veggie samosas---they are sooo crispy even when I reheat them in the microwave the next day, the veggies inside are deliciously spiced, and the sauces that come with them taste amazing. I've tried veggie samosas at a few other indian restaurants in the city, and I think these are the best. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Kaur Khehra: Curry was spilled on the naan after being improperly packaged in the uber eats order.I'd suggest Panner kadai because it was so good. very well-seasoned garlic naans. But the chaat papdi was tasteless and unappealing.

Khazana: what do users think?

Nick Little: Absolutely stunning atmosphere, waitstaff, and ambiance. If you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine at an affordable price, dishes here come with much more than you pay for. However, be wary of your taste buds! Most of the dishes come aggressively seasoned, whether it's sweetness, heat, or bitterness. They may not be what you expect. Many of their curry dishes are fantastic. I would recommend the butter chicken samosas and the rajasthani lamb - they are wonderfully filling at a very reasonable price.Update: After a return visit, I can say that the food lives up to my previously set standards, however, I can't say that I enjoy the modernized direction the restaurant is heading in. The change in music really detracts from the atmosphere, the robot waiters make for a crowded and overactive environment and their seems to be a lack in focus on sanitation. Hopefully the tables and cutlery will be clean for another visit if I choose to make one.

Sura Furkaan: I have one word for this experience."AWESOME"Best Food we ever had.My cousin's family, Uncle and Aunt, and my sister and I loved the food. The Hyderabadi Biryani and Chicken Afghani were delicious.

Jace Lefler: Always trying new Indian restaurants for the vegetarian dishes. The veggie samosa was ok but lacked a few ingredients. I like my Indian food spicy but not over powering the taste, the palak paneer had a bit to much chili oil residue but had great flavour along with the dal makhani which was prepared perfectly. The jeera rice was exvellant as well. The whole whear rotti was a bit over cooked in the tandori oven. My waitress was very polite and attentive. In all I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.Vegetarian options: A good selection of vegetarian dishes.

Guru Kitchen + Bar: what do users think?

prathamesh kale: Was here with my family while on vacation. Excellent food and amazing service. We tried guru chakana, grill chicken,Paneer masala, tandoori roti basket and steam rice. Every dish was 5/5 and sufficient quantity. Our server Tima was very helpful while making selection for our order, and checked very often if everything was ok. Absolutely recommended place for an authentic Indian fine dining experience. Attaching Dow pics for your reference.

Lalo Reyes: Place with a good atmosphere, excellent food and the girl named Julia gives spectacular service and knows the product.10/10

James Sookhoo: I only had some simple paneer and rice. I could only imagine how the other menu items are. The Paneer and coconut rice was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Ambiance and cleanliness is superb. Service was great as well!! Was staying at the hotel accross the street and it’s my last night in Edmonton. Wish I came before. Will definitely be back on my next edmonton trip.

Param Vir: We had our anniversary dinner here with the family. The ambiance of the place is superb, and the staff has managed to keep the place clean and tidy. The decor is modern with a touch of traditional India. We were immediately greeted by the host as we entered the establishment and were seated promptly. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer and Apricot Kofta with the assorted Naan basket. The portion sizes were enough for 4 adults, and the service time to serve the food was fast. Chicken Tikka Masala had a tandoori seared chicken breast in a viscous tomato gravy. The gravy had a touch of tartness because of the tomatoes, and it worked well with the tandoori flavor of the chicken. The kofta were crisp from the outside and creamy inside. The Apricot flavor was evident in the dish and, in my personal opinion, made it taste better than the Chicken Tikka Masala. The restaurant provides complimentary parking in the parkade in the Edmonton Tower.

Teagan Prince: The food was delicious and the presentation was 10/10. Our server Holly was great. She was personable, caring, kept our table clean and gave great service which is hard to find these days. We also got visited by a manager and were invited to a weekend event. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!
