It was a Thursday, and we were scheduled to hit the road Tuesday morning when I discovered I needed two new tires and an oil change. I could have gotten the oil change at any Jiffy Lube, but there was no way we would make a 7,000 km round trip on those tires, and I started to panic. Blain told me to call Les, and they got me in and all taken care of the next day!In May, I brought my work truck in with a list of things I needed taken care of and asked them to look over the truck to see if anything else needed attention. Les and the guys at Unlimited Automotive discovered that a plug was missing on my transfer case and that all the fluid had drained out. Thank goodness that I had taken my truck in when I did!In July, I had an issue with the a/c, and I took my work truck back in to see Les. He had the guys take a look. There was an issue with the part controlling the rear a/c, which was why all my freon had leaked out. Les explained my options and let me decide which route to take. It was my work truck, and there was no need to choose the more expensive repair. His honesty saved me a lot of money that day, and that’s one of the things I appreciate about Les and Unlimited Automotive.I was due to bring my van in to change the headlights in August when the hatch on one of my other work trucks stopped releasing. I needed to get this fixed because we needed the truck. Les had no issues swapping the appointment and working on my truck instead of my van. They opened the hatch and replaced the failed part, and my vehicle was back on the road that night. We then took the van in the next week to get the headlights changed out.Just yesterday, I called Les because we discovered my radiator was cracked. I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible, so I asked if I could drop off my truck and if they could get to the repair as soon as they had an opening. Once again, they delivered. I got a call from Les later in the day telling me they had replaced the radiator, and my truck was ready for pickup.I believe in buying good quality vehicles and keeping them for as long as possible.
