Soulsangel ANGEL: When dropping off my car, the owner stayed until my ride came for me. It was a little after-hours and cold out. They took my car inside right away, so it did not sit out overnight. They did the job in the time quoted. Matched the paint perfectly. When I picked up my car, It was washed on the outside and beautifully cleaned inside as well. Vacuumed. They even got my "Stitch" car decal back on. I thought I was going to lose him... I would recommend Macco again and again. AO

When you go in for any kind of auto repairs you want to be sure of a fair assesment of the parts that need replacing and the work thats required. I have taken my vehicle in twice for repairs and everytime i have received a fair quote; i know this because i'm a bargain hunter who compares prices. They have also delivered on the timing, if Ron the manager of the shop tells you it'll take an hour thats what it is. They source reliable high quality parts and execute to the highest level. Southern Autobody found it was a much simpler problem of a loose fastener. They were practical and common sense in their approach. They treated me very well.

Steve Jones: I took my vehicle to my normal mechanic for some drivetrain work and when I picked it up, I asked him if he could take a look at my drivers side door as it was sagging and not quite closing properly. He said he wasn't very good at that particular fix and recommended Southern.I drove in without an appointment and after taking a quick look at it, the manager told me to pull into the shop. I waited in the office for a few minutes then he came back, handed me my keys and said it was fixed. Quick and easy.The best part? I was not charged for this. I realize that the job only took a few minutes but that is exactly the type of thing where some shops might say "Give me $20 cash and we are square." I went to few body shops thinking it would be a quick fix with plastic moulding but they all recommended changing the whole side mirror which costs close to $950 and some didn't even want to work on it due to complexity. Really grateful to have found Frank's bodyshop. Without hesitation Sayed agreed to work on it knowing it was not that easy. Did an amazing job with plastic moulding and looks brand new. First off I’m young and they talked to me so nice being 16 these kind of things make me uncomfortable but they did so well at calming me down. I had so much rust on my focus st. I went for a quote they quoted me 1600 dollars for all the rust, and they stayed true to it. Later I got a call saying they found a lot more and asked for 300 dollars more. Which yes sucks but after I found out how much more there was and they charged me nothing. Siad the guy I’m pretty sure is the Manager or owner is a gem. He found it so hard to paint match but he worked on it everyday for a week straight trying to make everything perfect. This place is absolutely perfect you want a place that works hard, and does not charge much and does the job properly. Go here. They even went so far as to help buff out some paint transfer on a minor scrape just because they were able to help out easily. scott: Hello All i recently took my 2020toyota tundra in for bodywork and paint. The color was black with specs in it. I have had many many cars and trucks in my time. And i would have to say for repair work and paint this was top notch. Hats off to the painter who did my truck. Best job i have ever seen when it comes to black. It was perfect and you would never know there was a lot of damage. I recommend everyone to go to this place even if you have to wait it is worth it. My car was hit while parked in the middle of the night and of course it left a significant dent right behind the passenger side door. I brought it into Tim and told him about the hit and run and my budgetary restraints. He did a fantastic job on the repair and the dent doesn't look nearly as bad as it did before but the fix was still affordable and within my budget. Bruce Audley: My 22 year old girl had saved enough to buy her first brand new vehicle, a 2022 Acura RDX. I could hardly make out what she was saying into her telephone as she drove into the hailstorm leaving Sylvan Lake. The noise was unbelievable and as she could not see through the hail, she just needed to ride it out. By the time she was home, I had researched a body shop that would work with this type of specialized full body damage. Tim's place was a tad tricky to find the first time but with his quote in hand, we left her pride and joy in his hands.It took longer than initially quoted but Tim stepped up and paid for a rental car past what AMA Insurance was going to cover, classy to be sure. I fully expected her car to still show signs of the damage when we picked it up so I waited until we could get it into the sunshine in our driveway. There was not one mark! Her car looked exactly the same as it did when we left the showroom at West Side Acura. At 72, I am seldom amazed but the body work on her vehicle was perfect! I don't know how they managed it but I am so thankful I found them for my girl. You can trust Tim to get it right. We did and so can you.Services:Painting,Body Trim
