Steve Wedge: Around 6 weeks ago I was involved in a pretty violent rear end collision and managed to survive with nothing broken. A little bit of superstition involved I guess but I had a little bell attached to the front of the car that was given to me by some good friends and I wanted to get it back. A very nice person name Crystal called me from Copart and was able to find the the bell and is mailing back to me. Thank you Crystal for being a nice person. I do appreciate your extra efforts

Moe R: 1- First car I ever bought was from here.Photos in App showed no damage at all, when I went to pick it up I notice a hit in the front bumper. Likely from their loader.I reach out to the manager, Vincent at the time. He went out there and tried to fix it but the bumper had a crack.In the end he offered to refund me for it if I chose to. I ended up taking it and replacing the whole bumper but that was my choice, they were willing to work with me and that's enough.great manager and staff from my personal experience, the ladies that works at the office have a welcoming and great attitude.2- be aware of thift cars! Most of them that comes from out of province STILL has the theft flag and you won't be able to get any registration documents and you'll have to wait for couple of weeks for Copart to sort it out with the insurance.Had it 3 times before.3- BEWARE OF SCAMS, there is alot of duct tape and skitchy stuff going on to make cars look decent. cars with no keys usually mean more problems than just a key, I bought a 2019 Honda that says NORMAL WEAR and turned out to be a broken transmission. Thus do your FULL homework before purchasing because baby if you win it's yours no matter what excuse you come up with. Go see the car in person otherwise you are gambling.Feedback to Copart:the title of the car/theft flag should always be checked out before listing vehicles for sale.Some of us on a tight budget and simply can't afford to have our money freezed for weeks and months.Also, it would be nice if buyers have access to the Carfax report that you require from sellers on every lot you list on Copart.

I called the first number on my list and found my part right away. I decided to head down to Edmonton Salvage Disposal and register as a member. They have some interesting buys. I ended up buying a mini bike for my son and a sewing machine for the wife at a steal.

Trunk Road Bamboo Fly Rods: My truck was taken to this yard after my accident and when I went to pick up my personal belongings and get my toolbox and so on from my vehicle, the staff was very helpful. I was unable to remove the box as I didn't have the correct tools. They sent their yard manager Matthew out to help me and he was great. He must have spend at least a half hour helping me remove the box and gather my belongings. When I checked in at the office afterwards they were very sympathetic and didn't mind listening to my accident story. Very good people. Thanks so much for making a tough situation a little bit better.

Mykal, Simon Giesbrecht: My dad works here and sure it might be dirty but you get awesome deals.. I saw a 1000 bike sold for $150..all it needed was a bike seat.
Geordie Cheeseman: It's an auction house. Items are not guaranteed and its dirty and crowded but hey, buyer beware, right? It's an auction house.I've had some good deals here and I love auctions.Great for bicycles and exercise equipment. If you buy a case lot of something maybe you can resell and make a profit even, if you have the time.
Jeffrey Calkins: The small space that the auction takes place in is about the only issue I have with this auction. Every month they have a random assortment of EPS stolen good. I have been able to get lots of good deals here. Another issue is that I have seen a couple of regulars cherry pick, taking things from one lot and putting them into another lot after the viewing day. I have bought a box or a bag of tools that was missing a valuable piece that was in there the day before. The bikes usually go for more than they should as a lot of people who come for the bikes have no idea what they are buying. Good for Reids, bad for those who want a good deal on a bike. The auction suffers on the days that Joe is not the auctioneer. The other auctioneers are slow and inconsistent. . Overall a fun way to spend a Saturday morning.
