Nina Ellamei: AC Auto Mechanic is the best shop we’ve ever been in! My boyfriend needed his AC fixed, we called this shop and they were able to look into it the same day. We were given estimates of how much and what’s needed to be done before they did any kind of work. We gave them a go signal, and a day later we got a call saying it’s done! Two weeks later, my boyfriend was in an accident, we immediately called this shop again and they were able to take our car in immediately, we got an estimate before any work was done, after a go signal was given, two days later we got a call saying it’s done. This people are truly amazing. The couple that owns this place is very loyal to their customers and take pride in their work. My vehicle was towed into Bettchers after a faulty service at a "lube shop" they were in contact with me every step of the way and got my truck fixed quickly and done right. Ten A: I was recommend to Bettcher’s Auto by a coworker. I had started to notice that my brakes were beginning to grind and I had no air conditioning for hot days. I was a bit worried about going somewhere I have not been especially after having a bad experience with the dealership for my truck. I called on Friday morning and spoke with Dean. After explaining my issue I lucked out, they had a cancellation and I was able to drop off my vehicle for the following Monday morning. The service was amazing, they fixed my vehicle and when they encountered an unexpected issue the auto shop kept my truck till they were satisfied with the repair. The convenience of dropping my vehicle before opening hours/picking up after hours, the communication about what was happening and why was awesome. Dean was very kind to explain the mechanics of the repair to me so that I was able to understand and made me feel very confident and comfortable leaving my vehicle. Thank you so much.Service:Brakes

I always bring my 2004 Jeep Liberty here to get serviced! They do the best work at the best price in Edmonton. Whenever I compare quotes they’re always the lowest, fastest, and my car leaves in much better condition than it arrived. They’ve replaced my water pump, valve cover gaskets, crankshaft seal, and my power steering hose. Along with some other random repairs. I love theses guys and highly recommended their service :)

He is great with European cars. I have an Audi, which it recently has a lots of white smoke coming from exhaust pipe , I send it to other workshop and they couldn’t figure out what was going on and recommended taking multiple parts apart and guessing where the problem is coming from.Bilai was great, he know what he is doing and within a day, he already diagnose the issue.
