Austin A: So I went to look at a 2014 x5 50i from these guys, at first I was skeptical especially after the no test drives unless buy policy, but it is understandable to prevent people from showing up and window shopping but working with Shayne and Leo the owner they were more then open to get a inspection done at Edmonton BMW, they took it there and got it done and the report came back with a broken PCV line. They repaired the PCV line at cost to them and a oil leak. During all this they allowed me to bring it into a shop that was out back and raised it up on the lift and let me take a complete look at the undercarriage and throughout the engine bay, they let me hook up my diagnostics computer to the vehicle and worked with me on a code and lowered the price. After all was complete they allowed me to test drive it and I had 0 concern with it. Since then Iv thrown 6k on the vehicle and have had no issues. These guys have bent over backwards for me and really appreciate the time they spent allowing me to do all of this. Feel free to give them a shout and I'm more then positive they are willing to work with you on getting a deal closed so both parties are happy. Thanks again Leo and Shane.

Shea Kane: We had a great experience with pretty much all the staff here at Northgate GMC! My wife and I came in to buy a new vehicle after moving to Edmonton, and had no idea what we wanted to get. We met with Taylor, who walked us through what our needs were, and eventually found us the perfect vehicle. That entire experience went well, so well that when we ended up getting back into the market for another vehicle less than a year later we went back and asked for Taylor again. From there, we again were able to find the perfect car for our new situation. For the financing managers, both Lisa and Ivor were awesome for both of the different vehicles we bought, with each being very friendly and helping us get a solid deal on our newest vehicle as well.

Lindsay Koester: Our experience was great , the team detailed and delivered our vehicle to our home as promised , and was pretty transparent through the process , two small things, the inside drivers door handle was snapped in two just the rubber was holding it together , and the middle console latch was broken , not a huge deal but a little surprising , so next time I will either go in person or specifically ask if there are items that where not fixed. Overall we are happy as we were looking for a 9 seater vehicle abs they are hard to find.

They delt with my less than perfect credit rating and were totally understanding that things happen to everyone.Go there you'll love it! Even if your not a GM fan they have lots there. I personally bought a used mitsubishi. They freshly serviced it and ran it through the mitsubishi dealer for me, to make sure the software recall was done before I went to pick it up.They are one of the few places that realize. Friendlyness, accomidation, honesty and respect is more profitable in the long run.
