Kim: Nice facility but lacking in terms of volume, it's rather small and modest.Depends on the exhibits they have on display when you go and if your interest in them. It is currently Pop Art like Andy Warhol and Banksy and such. This was great and the galleries are clean and very cleanly laid out. It isn't huge in terms of volume as it seems most of it is on loan from a single private collector. The other galleries, especially the third floor video galleries are VERY avant garde and takes a particular mindset to interpret, which I do not possess, humbly speaking. The bottom floor exhibition was closed when I went so there wasn't too much to see.
jf paquette: Beautiful pieces of work to be seen, and the music gallery was interesting. 3 floors of beautiful art work. They were hosting the indigenous artists market, at the same time as my visit which in itself was interesting to see, all the traditional art and items they make.Definitely would go back, especially if the market is there again.

Recently, Hon. Nicholas Milliken, Minister of Alberta Infrastructure, has granted the W.E.C.A.N. Society/Harcourt House Artist Run Centre a one-year extension to our lease, which will give us until November 30, 2023, to accomplish our fundraising goal and make our home permanent and stable.
Please help us spread the word that fundraising has begun to help us secure ownership of our home at Harcourt House and direct people to our GoFundMe Fundraiser.

Jaya Chauhan: The work of artists at the renowned Harcourt House is being showcased and sold at the wonderful Edmonton Downtown Farmers Market. A Day at the Beach ~ Richie Velthuis art/sculptures is showcasing at the Harcourt House, Art Incubator Gallery Apr 28 - June 10 2023; Sadly, on July 31,2022 a bell rang 27 times at the Harcourt House Artist Run Centre building, which had been draped in billowing black curtains as imminent closure was faced by the artists. Recently, however Hon. Nicholas Milliken, Minister of Alberta Infrastructure, has granted the W.E.C.A.N. Society/Harcourt House Artist Run Centre a one-year extension to their lease, which will give them until November 30, 2023, to accomplish their fundraising goal and make their home permanent and stable. There are several pieces that have caught my eye in particular the mushroom bowl, toadstool mushroom and the sculpture of the hugging couple..Artists must be supported especially as we face difficult times with chaos in our inner and outer world and need inspiration for personal health and wellness.
R. Brown: Harcourt House is in a plain, spartan building but it IS where Art is! I have modelled there lots of times and it is well run and professional!! There are knowledgeable, creative and awesome artists at HH. E. Ross Bradley i . Multi-talented artist there and has always shown me kindness and integrity. I highly recommend him and Harcourt House.
Shawn Pinchbeck: A fantastic arts centre with studios and a gallery. It's an essential part of Edmonton's creative community. I frequent the gallery and enjoy the exhibitions tremendously. I recommend popping in for a look.
Loan: I went for the first time on Monday and had a great experience. I am so happy my friend took me because it really helped with my drawing skills. I’ll be back again soon!
Michael Doyle: A gallery is only as good as its art. Curator Jacek Malek has organized a great showing of Group 9 works that are very worth visiting. Kudos to all of them.

Bailey C: The art inside this gallery is beautiful and there is a lot to see here. Would recommend checking it out. Only issue I had was staff seemed less than friendly, as if they only speak to those they expect to purchase something. Some local buzz helps, even if they’re just viewers—something to remember!

Safe Roofing: I visited Scott Gallery a couple of times in the summer and purchased paintings from them. During my visits, Heather from the gallery spent her time explaining the art she has. She is professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. I fell in love with some paintings in the gallery, and I enjoyed listening to Heather talking about the art she has. My personal experience with Scott Gallery has been positive, and I am sure I will go back there again next year!
