Mitch Lacoursiere: I called CRS to look at our detached garage which has always had a old musty stink since we bought our property. Jorge was very responsive and sent someone within a day to take a look at our situation. After inspection it was determined we had mold in quite a few areas and most likely in our insulation, and a complete gut job was recommended. We decided not to move forward since its in an old detached garage and we're just going to knock the building down, however given how responsive and informative they were I would have no issues hiring this company in any other circumstance.

Francis Avelino: This review was a long time coming. We were in our house for less than two years when the dishwasher that came with the house leaked and flooded the main floor and into the basement. The fire alarm started to go off and my wife was worried water got into the electrical. She was scared and with the children not knowing what to do. She googled companies and luckily she found Jorge and Canada's restoration services. He was a calming voice and assured her that he has seen this before. His team were at our house the same night working till past midnight. They brought dryers and dehumidifiers and devices to check the water levels. After the drying was complete Jorge worked with us constantly through the renovation process. He rented a storage unit and his team moved all our furniture and household items from the basement and the main floor, carefully and in an organized manner. He made sure were were happy with our floors our moldings and wall paint. He got all the water levels checked that it was all dry, the electrical, and the furnace checked. He went above an beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and when we felt overwhelmed he reassured us that others have made it through and so will we. It was a tough and scary moment for us but we got through and were very happy with the results. Jose Ayax Diaz: I purchased a house built in the 1970’s in 2022 and learned afterwards about all the products that contained abestoes. My reno budget didn’t allow for hiring a company to do the abatement but this is the next best thing. Big thanks to John, Rob, Chelsea, Winston, for all the help and guidance during this process. This is possibly one of the only places in the city that provides top of the line equipment needed to do the work yourself safely. Do yourself a favour and hire them. First I got the house professionally tested, than I hired a tech from On Pointe to come out to show me how it’s done properly and then they made a list of all the equipment and materials needed to do the abatement properly and safely. Go with what they recommend, they were spot on with everything, and I felt safe doing the abatement. I will be recommending this company 100%.

Calvin Sinclair: These guys were so great to deal with! They had my entire main floor hardwood ripped out and the job done from Monday to Friday! This involved taking all my furniture/appliances into the garage and packing up my kitchen, taking the granite off the counter tops, removing the island and capping water lines, and so much more. They were so meticulous in the way everything went back too! Couldn’t be happier with them.

Mike Edmonton: We experienced flooding in our main bathroom. Paul Davis was called to assess the damages and were given the go ahead to repair the damages. They were quick to respond and the repairs were eventually done to my satisfaction. I had problems with the insurance claim as the insurance company decided not to pay the claim after the work had commenIced but Paul Davis went to bat for me and the claim was eventually approved. I am extremely picky as to how the work is done and to the finish product. I would use them again.
