sharon hick: I recently had McLeod Windows and doors upgrade my windows. I found the service excellent. Matt provided very good information, provided options for me and took the time to answer my questions. The installers were excellent, providing draping to protect my floors, furniture etc. They also cleaned up after themselves taking all garbage etc. They were very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and I will use them again in future.

Guy Garneau: Kohltech acquired Equibuilt windows a few years ago and they still honoured a warranty replacement for glazing purchased from Equibuilt. When I spoke to Kohltech about 5 windows that were "fogging up" they suggested contacting McLeod Windows and Doors who coordinated ordering the glass under warranty and then arranged for the installation. Everyone I dealt with at Kohltech, McLeod and the installer Ted Zystra were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Kohltech or McLeod Windows and Doors.

I have purchased windows from many other manufacturers and McLeoad really outshines them. Recently I had a window produced that was the wrong size, it was partly my fault and partly the sales guys fault, but they reproduced a new one very quickly without asking any questions and our project was not held up. Super happy with the service!

Richard de Bruyn: Ordered some aluminum sheets at a great price but there was a mix up when it was quoted and I ended up with the wrong gauge. Matt was notified of the issue and had the correct material cut and had Brian deliver it to me in mere hours. Even though the price difference was only a few bucks they still refunded me the difference. Great customer service from this order will make me a return customer.

Of the replies I received, Durabilt was the only that actually read the instructions I had in my email. The installation went very smoothly, and the end result is gorgeous. The price was less than I anticipated. My only regret is that I waited so long to get my windows done in the first place. Kien Chew: Good experience overall starting from Jamie providing a quote to visiting the showroom to finalize selection of styles, trim choices, colour etc. Installers were efficient in changing all windows and doors, cleaned up the site well after completion. There was an issue with one of the windows but they came out to have a look and it's working well now.

Good costumer service is hard to get these days! And this company did not disappoint. Now, I recommend when getting your windows installed to schedule it during the SPRING OR FALL. This way, your windows do not sag or expand from temperature changes. The installation will be the best fit in mild temperatures rather very hot or very cold. Trust me!
